At Auto Detailing Website Design, we are committed to client satisfaction. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, reflecting the time, effort, and resources immediately allocated to service work, campaign setup, and strategic planning.
I. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Since our service involves immediate resource allocation, pre-purchase consulting, and campaign setup, refunds are only issued if we are unable to perform the core service as agreed upon in the contract/proposal.
A. Cancellation/Refund Window
- Refund Request: Clients can request a cancellation and refund by opening a support ticket or contacting us via email at pratapiseo786@gmail.com within 10 days of the original purchase/payment date, or before the campaign goes live, whichever comes first.
- Time Allocation: Any refund granted will be subject to deduction based on the time and services already rendered, calculated at our standard hourly rate.
B. Non-Refundable Services (Refund Exceptions)
The following activities or services are NOT eligible for any refund:
- Work Completed: Once the agreed-upon milestones (e.g., website mockup approval, SEO keyword finalization, or ad creative production) have been delivered and approved, the payment for that stage is non-refundable.
- Ad Spend: Funds used for live advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta/Facebook (Ad Spend) are non-refundable by the agency, as the money has already been spent on third-party ad platforms.
- Third-Party Costs: Fees paid by the Proprietor to third parties on the client’s behalf (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, stock photo licenses) are non-refundable.
- Change of Mind/Lack of Need: Refunds will not be granted due to a change in the client’s business strategy, staffing changes, or simply changing their mind.
- Unmet Expectations: If a client’s specific business goals or profit expectations are not met, this does not qualify for a refund, as service success depends on numerous market and external factors outside the Proprietor’s control.
II. Refund Process and Resolution
A. Refund Request Process
- Submission: The User must request a refund by emailing pratapiseo786@gmail.com or submitting a support ticket (if available).
- Required Information: The request must include:
- The Service Name (e.g., ‘Lead Generation Package’).
- Your Order or Invoice Number.
- A detailed explanation of the service failure.
- Investigation: Our Support Team will respond within 24-48 hours to investigate the issue and first attempt to resolve the service concern to your satisfaction.
B. Claim and Chargeback Policy
Filing a Chargeback or Claim (PayPal/Credit Card) renders you ineligible for a refund under this policy. We monitor all activities and reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation (communication, service usage, proof of ad setup, and this Refund Policy) to our payment processors to dispute fraudulent or unwarranted claims.
C. Processing and Timing
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, Bank, or Wallet Recharge). You can expect to receive the refund within 7-10 working days from the date of final approval.
